Tricked Or Treated? Poem by Jonathan Montano

Tricked Or Treated?

Rating: 5.0

If I too lost my attitude in this dark room will you treat me as a person? Or my shadow that echoes around this room?
Do I deserve to be suppressed from my sun or future sons?
Should I be tricked for a ski mask or treated by the badge?
Can you blame me for hiding indented cheeks and sliding down crooked smiles?
An obscene mouth with a fatuity tongue decays the wisdom off of your tooth.
Acidic ideation can evaporate the roots from inside you.
From what side illustrates the line? Your left or my right?
As I consume this moonshine as the moon shines,
the sun shines on the moon should I be treated as the dark side?
you decide

Hey, pretty good. I would consider putting it in stanza form, but beautifully worded. Makes a person think! (^, ^) - DQ
