Tragedy And Yrony

Rating: 5.0

If, instead of becoming 'husbands' (from 'house bound') ,
fellers had become 'wifebands',
some would forsake the 'e' and change the 'i' to 'y',
thinking to fell tragedy
with yrony.

The shakers amongst them would spell it 'wyfband' as well.
'But felling! For goodness sakes,
yrony only ever gives tragedy
the shakes.'
