Toxic Poem by Mayjorey Dellosa Buendia

Toxic

Distant river stop hearin the nymph's plea
You're runnin too deep and complicatedly
Feelin toxic, your water becomes blacker
Thick with waste, ain't good to be tougher

Need some rain to detoxify oneself
End of the world, that's what i felt
Being 'Black Balloon' doesn't really help
Lookin at the mirror…can't recognize myself

Want to be healthy again, clean from the inside
Rainbow and sunshine thoughts, missin my clear side
Acceptin the pain…but avoidin the rain?
Few droplets might unfold the true feelings within

You need to rest nymph…May will take over
Let her drive the train, while you take cover
Drought and famine is not what she really fears
Drownin from toxic, alas! …time to be real.
