Tough Love Poem by Roshana Phillips

Tough Love

Rating: 4.6

Roses are red
Violets blue
Before you mess with my heart
And I'll tattoo you.

I want you to tattoo my name
Ink red on your heart.
Don't think I'm insane;
Or that my actions are inane.
Do that so that if we are done
On you to stain,
Will always be my name.

I want you to tattoo my name,
Ink red on your heart.
So that when you romance her,
You'll think of me.
As you caress her slowly
In trance,
Yet utter my name
At your highest climax.

I'll tattoo my name
Ink red on your heart
So that when
You sit in your quiet moments
It will be as though you're in my clone
But you will be sitting all alone.
As you smile lustfully
And the memories spent
Erase drastically.
