Tomorrow Will Poem by Francis Duggan

Tomorrow Will

Tomorrow will dawn and yesterday has gone
And life in the World as usual goes on
At the stroke of midnight the past will be today
That time does not wait only true for to say
It is a humbling thought just for to realize
That for everyone a last sunset and sunrise
Even to the young every dawn to their end brings them more near
But it is only the fear of death that we does fear
Who knows what the future holds for me or you
Make the most of the now is the best you can do
Though the past lives in memory in reality it is dead
And who is to say of what of us lay ahead
We can only live in the now when all is said and done
And tomorrow will dawn but not for everyone.
