Together In Loneliness Poem by Sierra Staten

Together In Loneliness

Do not cry now, my little child,
The pain has almost been released.
Such a shame, all those times you smiled,
And resulting, you'll be deceased.

A painful killer, this loneliness,
A silent death, in fact.
But now, my child, it's harmonious,
To be gone for that which lacked.

Fear not, child, I will hold you,
As I have always done,
I know your time is long since due,
I know the process has begun.

Child, child, listen now,
You will not be alone,
For that is what I can't allow,
As together we have grown.

We are one and we are past,
A lesson learned- good never lasts.
