To The Last Of That Memory Poem by Low Li Ling Jasmine

To The Last Of That Memory

Rating: 5.0

We met
Your eyes trailed to a far corner
I watched as you turned into a corner
I wanted to do an asking
But, the answer wasn't long in coming
I know you didn't promise me
Any love's full enchantment

When does it happen?
Your keeping silence in ignorance
When does it happen?
My love grew in distance
I'm afraid I couldn't go back to the time
When I didn't know you

Sometimes I wonder a bound of curse
'Why is it always me', I did fear
To attest my bravery or strength potential?
Or hardy examples follow a foolish person
One too often enough, makes one a bitten shy
It is time to probe some inner re-probing
Too many parts and parcels in reason in my one-and-twenty
I shall conclude any endure loss with a deprive
That's when love lost its big in meaning
I guess that speaks best in my living
If I to hold dear a me who smiles best

Nothing marred my calm respite
I put on an air of unconcern
Hope a relief you receive well
I trust your well-doing has best affirm
I wonder if you see
I had vaporized in that instant
