You have always had a smile to share
When I have needed a laugh or a touch
You were always there
Your smiles I will greatly miss
When you think that things are not right
Always remember this
You did all you could
For your fellow friends
Even when there seemed to be no end
You never asked for more than friendship in return
Yet when someone is down in the dumps,
You always give a dern.
