Standing still in a silent world
Tears down the cheeks of a crying girl
Fix what is broken and sew whats torn
Pull it together and make it whole

Break the silence and dry your tears
Fill it with stories beyond your years
Take the journey and make it home
Back to the fields of wheat and loam

Don't cry for lost things as lost they are
Lost in a war or a land afar
Smile for what is here and here to stay
Like the stars in the sky from where you lay

And just like that your tears are gone
Your world is well and your battles won
Laugh and just let it go
Across a river of tears you'll row.
