To Late To Catch The Past Poem by douglas lewis

To Late To Catch The Past

Rating: 4.4

Why do we run around the
Track counterclockwise?
It seems to me we are
Running against the flow,
Running back in time.
Are we running
To catch the past?
The past has already finished.

This paradox 'To catch the past? ' is not uncommon to human beings. Some people are obsessed with their pasts. They relish a life in nostalgia. But would it be worthwhile? Nicely articulated.

Yes, spending our days in a non nourishing environment. Very thoughtful. Simple yet your thoughts well.
