To Be With You
to be with you,
i gave away everything,
& with the world i did fling.
to be with you,
i willingly gave up luxuries,
& bid goodbye to long time buddies.
to be with you,
i parted with all my attachments,
& knew these are the amendments.
to be with you,
i gave up everything i gain,
coz i know its not in vain.
to be with you,
i left my family,
& first time ever, i left them happily.

To be somewhere or with someone, you've got to be somewhere else or 'not be' with someone else. Very nicely expressed and great job with rhyme. Thanks for sharing.
