To Be Forgotten Poem by Xelam Kan™

To Be Forgotten

Rating: 4.0

So many stars
and many many sands,
rising sun and petals
in the bloom. Each time
through my window's pane, i count
Droplets of the fallen rain;
yet time lingers and making
no sense for the minds
insane.
From the child's first cry
to the dying breath
our smiles and tears,
joys and sufferings;
all goes in vain.
Nobody cares
but only nourishing fears,
who comes, who goes
nobody knows.

Alas! i am living
in the forgotten land
