Titbits Of Student Revolution In Tamil Nadu Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Titbits Of Student Revolution In Tamil Nadu

1. Keep not bikes in streets.
The trained cops of Tamil land
will set fire to them.

2. When the youths bathe you
with swear words, will you take guns?
Your faults wag their tails.

3. Construct concrete shops
for the fish vendors or else
the cops will burn them.

4. Fight not for your rights
in the rule of iron-rulers.
They aren't democrats.

5. Don't park vehicles
before the portals of shops.
The cops roam with ‘P'.
[P-Phosperous, a blazing chemical]

6. The revolutions
the actors never started.
But they are leaders.

7. The cops bear the torch
to give light to the dark lanes.
Why the huts shiver?

8. Who are these students
to shout about corruption?
The rulers will care them.

9. Students! You read books.
If you cry at their sand-heists
they'll hire the killers.

10.Can't the extremists
swim in the sea of students?
The brave cops catch them.

11.Our soldiers assault
the foes with flame-throwers but
the cops use to scare.

12.The cops share your food
when the protest starts. They peel
your skin in the end.

13.The cops are wild bulls.
They gore the limbs of young folks
once they get orders.
