Time Poem by Steve Cornell

Time

Rating: 5.0

He waits for a time all alone
When his worries are distant and his mind is at home
Time kills his pain but the scars still remain
If love is a game then its all in his brain.

Love comes, love goes
The pain still shows, grows, he knows
Not long now till another love is missed
Waiting for a lifetime of missed kisses and bliss.

Lonliness not freedom
His love is not free
Melting a blindness of all that could be
So be, set free, he's all on his own
A love never lost is a love never known.
