Time Poem by Pam mpita

Time

I sit and watch the clock of life
I'm moving on as time keeps moving
Reminded of who you once were
Reliving the times that we once lived

Long live memories of you, me and our time
Glowing inside me like a burning light
Reminding me of a life you left behind
The life I wish, I could leave behind
As memories of you still haunt me inside
Spoken words faded but still resound
As your silhouette glares at every turn
Sweet nothings again I hear
I'm wishing away the memories of
You, me and our yesterdays.
