Till You Die Vulnerable Poem by Mike Conkey

Till You Die Vulnerable

Gone far
Gone slow
I am here
Living life a lie
As i have just been aquainted
To a girl, my heart tainted
Talking to her till i fainted
But as she slowly steals my heart
I feel a begining to a start
She is like a drug
That i need as i feel my mind tug
She is like a needle to my skin
As i fight a war i cannot win
But ever when shes bitter
I want to be with her
Shes lives a life in a dream
But she can be so mean
So i try to still her hot head
As we layed in that dark bed
I can feel her energy
Pulsating through her veins
Her heart loving different names
Though as i give her advice
She seems to always think twice
But only on a good day
To bad todays a bad day
But in some kind of way
She will understand
That love i dont demand
Only friendship
But with more to give
Because its the best way to live
So take your vulnerable emotions
Rearranged the important comotions
And give tyem away to the sky
So you wont live life a lie
Like the way i do
Till you die
