Why can I talk to you so easily?
But yet it's so hard, when it's not you and me?

Why is it only you I can open up to?
Just spill all my feelings, when I don't have a clue.
Even if there's nothing that you could do,
You'd still sit and listen, stay till it's through.

I don't think you realise how great you've been!
Helping me cope, between 13 to 16.

I don't think there's enough I feel I could do,
To repay you for those wise words you gave,
To help me sail through!

I hope this doesn't mean our friendships at an end,
‘Cos you truly are an amazing friend!
