Through Death Poem by Patrick Frazier

Through Death

All the whispers
Shared by the vain
Effecting the chemistry of the brain
A bee hive split in half
This aftermath of a materialistic world

These spaces where we've left the Earth

Entering a multicolored stream
Of light and plasmic flame
One with the succession of cosmic deaths
Born and released
Energy changing forms
Tell me again, is it ever destroyed?

The imagination extending through death
Logic placed in the nether mind
That used to control breath

First to remember who they are

Expressing and expanding
In an orb of light
Trauma uncovered
In rapturous fight

Redemption brings true freedom
The soul blooms
In service to self and others.
