Through A Silent Moment He Whispered In My Ear

To Me [ edit ]
Mommy, you look so lost sitting under your favorite tree
I know you're probably thinking of me
I know that far away look in your eyes
But please don't worry I'm in paradise
I miss you, Mommy, more than you'll ever know
I'm sorry I had to leave you suddenly
Why did I even have to go
I guess God is the only one who knows the reason
From what I understand it was my season
Mommy please don't look so sad
You're the best Mommy I ever had
I know you miss seeing me running around
Climbing the steps, using up my pep
Sometimes Mommy when you're sleep at night
I run around the yard flying my kite
I remember coming outside with you because you loved watching the full moon
It's almost time for the next full moon real soon
Mommy, please put a smile on your face
I love Heaven it's a beautiful place
I was happy when my sister, Tammy, came to be with me
Even though that makes you even more sad, you lost us both, but we're both pain free
She misses you too Mommy and at time she cries
But I make her smile and remind her we're in paradise
From now on, Mommy, when you come out here to sit at the table under your big favorite tree
I want you to smile and have happy thoughts of my sister, Tammy, and me
Please give Erica our love
We're watching over her from here up above
I never met her but I love her so
Please Mommy let her know
I know she's pretty because I see her everyday
Tammy told me all about her and she always have so much to say
Tell Erica her Mommy misses her in the worst way
Tell my brother, Jon, he's the head of the family now
HE IS THE MAN
If it can be done I know my brother can
Give all my sisters my love and tell them to be strong
Tell them to remember to pray each day, have faith, love God and each other, and try not to do wrong
Tell my nieces and nephews I love them too
I will talk to you later, Mommy, and I truly love you
After my son, Doobie, finished whispering in my ear there was a far away hissss
I could feel his little lips on my cheek giving me a kiss
Those are my two angels I will always miss
