Darkness Within Poem by Yvonne Eve831

Darkness Within

I'm everyone, but no one.
I'm everywhere but nowhere.
I exist but not of this earth's realm.
I'm not her, I'm not him.
I love yet love not.
I have a heart with no rhythm.
I have no vision, but I see all.
I walk in stride, but I'm paralyzed from the waist down.
I want to see the world in a better light but I'm blind.
I have everything, yet I have nothing to give but love.
I want the love and passion but I have no reason to live.
I have the knowledge so there's nothing much inch I need to know.
I want to live but I died years ago.
Don't LET yourself grow dark within.
It sets off a domino affect and you start to spin.
Darkness can shut you fown.
Turn your world upside down and all around.
Close in and squeeze the life out of you.
To the point where you just don't know what to do.
Without a prayer the dark can be a scare.
Never give up on GOD, never give up on love.
One of the most precious gifts from GOD above! ! !
