Thoughts Before
he told me
that it was either
bipolar disorder or
schizoaffective disorder
before i was put under with general anethesia
today i ate well
not feeling so at odds with my own body
not feeling like a prisioner
with seconds thoughts
with that voice in the back of my mind
with no hope in sight
modern psychiatry saved my life
but
old world spiritualism
saved my soul
