This Man Who Uses The Poor As His Scapegoats Poem by Francis Duggan

This Man Who Uses The Poor As His Scapegoats

He believes the poor have chosen to be poor and to the poor he's been insulting again
This Mr Abbott Minister for Employment one who seems to have an indolent brain
His job it is for to create Employment his job is not to insult or deride
If he talks of failures than himself look no further, how come so many are still unemployed? .

Here is a man who is living the high life and it goes without saying he's a millionaire
And he is not paid by the Australian taxpayers for to belittle all of those on welfare
His job it is for to create employment yet more and more do not have jobs to go to
This man's a failure his name Tony Abbott he is not doing what he is paid to do.

This man who uses the poor as his scapegoats soon will have to face his moment of truth
In a few years or less from now the voters will judge him and from his highly paid job he may get the boot
He was not elected to belittle poor people for them jobs he is supposed to create
And those who elected him to serve the people for to re-judge him now patiently wait.

Here is a man elected by the people and by the Australian Prime Minister Mr John Howard
Has been honoured with the important Employment Portfolio yet he doesn't do the job to which he's been empowered,
He is supposed to be creating employment yet all he does is insult those on welfare
And he will leave Parliament on a fat pension don't you think life can be very unfair? .
