This is who I was meant to be,

no blinds or shades to hide my light.

No more shadows.

Or cold winter nights.

For my spirit will shine, like a forever light.

I am who I was meant to be.

No one can be a better me, and there is no one I would rather be then me.

And me is who I was meant to be.

I will never look like Angelina Jolie,

or sing like Katy Perry,

I'll most likely never be as famous as J.K.Rowling,

or as poetic as I'd like to believe.

But I am me. And that's the only person I know how to be.

Because who am I? Without knowing my proper identity?

You will be you, and I will be me.
