These Things Poem by Timothy Branch

These Things

I hear these things.
I record these things.
I am in no way gifted enough to ponder these things alone.
God needs a body. He needs one to transmit these things.
He uses those with an antennae raised ready to record and transmit these things.
I avail my mind, soul, and body to bring you these things.
Now mind you hearers that I cannot purpose to write or rehearse these things.
To remove voids that contain nothing, God alone sends these things.
If He does not send these things, I have the tendency not to jot, pen, or say nothing.
I appreciate these things.
Bless the Lord when He uses you to catch these things.
These things are more than just catchy or snappy sayings.
These things come to create, motivate, to stir, arouse, or correct some things.
When you hear what God is saying, be swift to adhere to what He is saying.
Enjoy every one of these things. The rhyme, the rhythm, the thoughts each of these things provoke and bring to mind.
Use wisely these things that God sends for our edification.
