Always thought I'd live by the sea, by the tall trees of Maldives
Or perhaps along the coast of Barbary
And sometimes visit the deserted villages of the Mediterranean so I can feel the sands beneath my feet and dance in the wind and in the sunset
But the dreams of city life and city girls and city cars and city friends and city houses and city nights and lights has erased my thoughts
Lost and found in the sea of modern day dreams
And whilst the memories of new and old model the present. A thought once held sway along the street corridors of Nairobi
