Yannis Voultos

Rookie (Athens)

There is the time

Hours
the mind is not enough
the soul is forgotten
into slip

Days
lost in the well-known
inclined and indolent
into repetition

Years
our silence hides
our voice falls silent
into indignation

Centuries
the mind raises
the soul rules
its rights
