Theory Of Immortality Poem by Ashik Mahmud

Theory Of Immortality

We have lost our tastes
Taste that used to be poets
Or, we had no taste and yet to have one,
Those who understand poems
Will rise and rule
As individual or nation.
Man will be lost when
They start failing to understand and taste.
Machines will rise and rule-
When they start grabbing this taste
When they start breathing poems of their own.
Therefore, poems are the secret of immortality,
As all the cells know, carbons grow, irons flow-
Rhythmic or chaotic but tastes like poem
I think about our Almighty,
Is He not the greatest poet?
Has He not put all the verses in the nature?
Webs, leaves, nucleus, solar system, waves, lights and life!
HE never loses tastes for poem-
life or death, creation or destruction;
That's why HE is immortal!
Therefore, levels are different-
HE has the pick level, we have ours and
Machines will have their own.
Your poem creates your level, who and what you are,
Until you stop with poems, you will rise and rule
So, raise your level,
Dare not drawing a line to limit your level-
Such a line limits you as well as your Almighty.
