I walked in darkness
And then you came along
I cried alone
And then you came along
I worried over everything
Then you came along
You lit up my world
And opened my eyes
You wiped away tears
All that I cried
You swept away my worries
Made them disappear
Ever since you’re here
I’m ok
I seem safe
I feel less pain
I fear fewer things
I cry less often
You came along
And went through me
You took all the bad
And hid it where I can’t see
You saved me from myself
Made me trust you
Made me care
You came along and fixed it all
Now what can I do when you’re gone?
