The Young And Old Owl

Wise one, said the young owl to the old one.
How can I tell if somebody is young of mind or not?
That is an easy one said the old owl.
Those young of mind apologize loudly to others about what they have done.
And the old one?
They apologize to themselves in silence about what they have not done.
