The Wonder Poem by Nakesha Banks

It seems as if there's wrong,
even though I feel we both have grown
your mind seems to be in another place
or maybe your love for me is just missed placed

The eyes tell what the mouth would never say
and now when I look into your eyes all I see is a blank
maybe it's still love there, it's just on a break
vacationing from the things you don't do
and the words you don't say

I wonder so much what's going on
maybe it's just my insecurities
thats got me feelin some what neglected and alone

Time and Time again I ask you what the problem is
but you assure me it's nothing
but in my heart I feel it's something
or maybe it's just me
sometimes my imagination does get to run'in

I love you so much, your something I don't want to lose
but love is a tragedy that has a trail of hearts it's bruised
at times I feel hurt and cry and I may not even be able to tell you why
but what ever I was thinking the end result was us saying goodbye
so hopefully now is forever, and forever will always be
between me and you, a love for the world to see
