The Who Within This Shell Poem by Carolyn Marie Taylor

The Who Within This Shell

Rating: 5.0

God has helped me on life's journey,
Where oh where would I otherwise be today.
Finding me in waters of turbulence,
The finding me in tranquility of calmness.

I am nothing without my Lord,
Everything I have would not be.
The who I am turns out to be,
Nothing is all that comes to me.

The hidden talents of yesterday,
Now visions all become clear.
They were not lost after all,
Just hidden behind a wall of fear.

I second FReddie's comment especially like the title, original and intruiging!

Well said, Carolyn. Fear is one of greatest enemies...only God can help heal.
