I feel so naked around you.
You knocked my walls down,
now I feel renewed.
After so many years of building,
it only took you one look,
one smile,
one word,
to knock them down.
Now you’ve broken my heart,
but those walls won’t go back up.
My life will never be the same again,
I say to myself as I hold my crying baby.
Look what you left me with,
a beautiful bundle of joy
and a broken heart.
Why did you leave us?
Why did you break my heart?
