The Tyrant's Confession Poem by Helga Valr

The Tyrant's Confession

Deep corner of my mind
Kept secret of my life,
I wasn't smart or kind,
Had soul like a knife.

I hated world, the whole,
Admired death and blood,
I hadn't heart, but hole,
And thought that I was God.

I ruled the world in modesty -
I killed and I destroyed.
God claimed to my honesty -
I only was annoyed.
