The Truth!
So difficult to find
So difficult to tell!
Hidden Miners,
Mine Lies
As black,
As black coal
Difficult to mine,
But so easy
To sell.
Oceans of Lies
Throughout History
Flow,
And cast spells,
Of so many tragedies
And misgivings
Ready, to go,
Because the Truth
Is persecuted
And hidden so well!
Because it is so difficult
The Truth, to discover
And openly tell!
These darkened doors
To Hell
As Lies and Injustice
Throughout History
Have been hidden
So well!
To take advantage
Of the innocent
And defenseless,
As the pockets
Of Criminals
And the deadly,
Addictions, they sell,
Incessantly,
But, surely swell.
Beautiful poem on 'Truth' dear Poetess Sandra. When truth is hiden, masked, then a ocean of lies thrive. It is like let loose, so many tragedies, misgivings and injustice.
This is absolute a profound poem, so well articulated, powerful message. TOP Marks and To My Favourites!
Really very difficult to tell the truth, but someday it comes to the forefront. Excellent idea expressed here in appropriate words dear Sandra.
