The Surprise Poem by Cheré Mason

The Surprise

Close your eyes
Hold on tight
I’ve a surprise
One you’ll like
It’s a secret
I can’t say now
So take seat
While I run round
I know you’re anxious
I know you well
Give me a kiss
And I might tell
Okay you win
You want to know
I’ll give in
The secret I’ll show
It’s a big deal
So please don’t laugh
This ring is real
I want you for my wife
