The Sun Will Always Rise
As certain as the sun will rise
I thought I would always think of you when I woke
Could it be I'm slowly getting over you
I still love you, I think
But the dark mornings are getting lighter
Showing me a path I'm willing to walk alone
I thought I would always need you like flowers need the rain
I could not see you were a storm causing chaos
So I'm looking for the rainbow to bring calm and colour
As certain as the sun will set
My dreams will no longer be our dreams
