The Story Of Majesty Poem by Matin Bairagi

The Story Of Majesty

His name was Majesty, at least all the people around know that
Nobody saw him before, he never met anybody else
Everyone have two or three or more longer names
But he has only one single name-with no surname-
Where he resides, or where he moves, nobody knows

Majesty was banished, many days ago
For many years he never visits in the locality
Nobody seek for him -

The other day, under a wrecked building
Majesty was found. He was dead, and his nose, ears and eyes
Fingers of hands and feet were eaten up by the rats
An old man comment, Oh, what a horrible Majesty
Then the police came and took away the rat-eaten Majesty
They said, Majesty is no more, and was eaten up the rats
A Government declaration shall be issued on this matter soon.
