The Song Of My Pastor Poem by Shelby Smith

A man with great love and care.
A man who's always there.

Spending his day reaching for the lost,
Not always worrying about the cost.

With many and much on his mind,
He's always smiling and so kind.

Every service, he pours out his heart,
In hoping someone will make a fresh start.

All day and night, he thinks about the church,
Making sure there's no one out waiting for him to search.

This is the big job of my pastor,
So that we can all go see our Master.
