The Song Of Life: 6. Do Thou Arise With Vigour Anew
Succumb to no unmanliness,
Ill doth it befit a man of thine shine,
Forbid such feeble faint-heartedness,
Casting off such cowardice of thine,
Do arise with vigour anew,
Known are thou thine foes to subdue.|| 2.03 ||
klaibyam mā sma gamahpārtha na etat tvayi upapadyate |
kśhudram hŗdaya-daurbalyamtyaktvā uttiśhţha parantapa || 2.03 ||
klaibyam: unmanliness, cowardice; mā sma: never indeed; gamah: shouldst thou undergo, suffer; mā sma gamah: never indeed should this come to thee; pārtha: O Partha, O Son of Pritha, O Arjun; na etat: never (is)this; tvayi: to thee, for you; upapadyate:(not)proper it is, (not)befitting; kśhudram: petty, base, despicable; hŗdaya- daurbalyam: faint-heartedness; tyaktvā: renouncing, shaking off, casting aside; uttiśhţha: do thou arise, stand up; parantapa: O Scorcher of enemies, O Arjun.
Do arise with vigour anew/Known are thou thine foes to subdue.......I find a great power in this sublime expression! A fabulous work sir................................................10/10
