The Ships to Troy

1
I saw a ship,
Burning gold
And she is off
To the city of Troy.

2
I saw another ship,
Burning jewels
Off she goes
To the city of Troy.

3

The ship will all
Return soon
And the ship of gold
Was sold at Troy.

4

I saw a boat
Made of steels,
And last she goes
To the city I know.

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.

The Wind is hiding in the trees,
