The Secret Letter. Poem by Kojo Bonney

The Secret Letter.

I am picking up the pen like a wizard's wand
to cast the time we shared a forever song
that will wake us up every morning and that which will bid us farewell.

For the moment is like a forbidden fruit,
the taste sweet yet poison
I see death but not even the fear of hell is enough scare to ease the tug
Nothing seems enough to calm my mind, the one in between my thighs

Forgive me for the stare
Pardon me for the flirt
I am not use to such beauty
I live in the cold I barely see the sun
My life was frozen till you woke me with your kiss
So take it easy on me for I am a born again to beauty with brains and a great body

Take my hand and let's navigate through your estate
Let's start from the North and move through the junction
Can I take a walk at your backyard garden
or I should still enjoy your top yard mountains
Can I lick the juice, from this great red flower
Or I should slide along this slim great tunnel tube

My voice is shaking, my heart is racing, my head spinning but my man is ready
You're the guard your orders I obey
Should i stay behind or walk by side, should i take the lead or maybe you'll ride
Take it easy on me for I am born again to the tears of a grown up woman

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem was written on bridge of a dying moment. A moment though gasping for air, wanted to keep alive in time and space.
