The story behind the above poem is:
Some people struggle a lot to earn money and amass wealth when they feel it's the right time...But, to their great dismay, everything becomes mortal and they lose, in the wake of unforeseen circumstances!

This is a translation of my Tamil Haikoo poem, which goes as follows:

இலையுதிர்காலம்..
எறும்புகள் இங்குமங்கும் பரபரப்பாய்
வெள்ளம் நெருங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது!
