The Rubric Gate Poem by Ankit Kevin Hemrom

The Rubric Gate

On the place named heaven on earth,
Lays the gate.
Beautified with the essence flowers,
And enhancing florid beauty it had.
Dear to me it is,
And it will always remain in my remembrance,
The gate where the worlds of,
Two genders fell in with each other.
I met her on an autumn siesta,
Beneath the rubric gate,
With both hands she held me,
And we bid each other a last goodbye,
For the last time that day;
I saw her eyes,
The beauty of the oceans lies in them,
I saw her hair,
A fine creation of nature,
Was the last time I saw her
She bid me the last farewell and went away.
The gate still resides at the indelible place,
But to that durnal course,
I stood there watching the flawless beauty walk away,
And never saw her again,
And never saw her again......
