The Ride Poem by anais vionet

The Ride

Rating: 5.0

The trick is to take
your eye off the ball - forget
and enjoy yourself.

When you realize
- ultimately, life's a
suicide mission.

Do the flowers fret
even as they bloom? Are swans
gracefully worried?

Ignore that small voice
- enjoy life's pleasures, thrills,
and delight in love.

We need to flip your age from 17 to 71. The wisdom in your poem is deep. Well done. Ok ok...17+71÷2=44. Thats better. The wisdom of a 44 year old
