The Quiet Room Poem by Jay Porter

The Quiet Room

Rating: 5.0

I
The door was open
Impossibly large crowd, loud
The door was closed, still

II
Thoughts could be heard, sad
Ironclad, evil; vise grip
Inside ripped; dead crypt

III
Insanity he
Sadly slipped, the door was closed
Always closed, the end
