'Preludium'
Well... I had no idea how else to tell you what I have. Such words I wouldn't dare to spell in front of thy eyes I love. All I could do was to write these words of my sorrow, pain and lust, enchanted with my hope that one day you could forgive me for what I've done. Sometimes you cannot let a dream carry on. Sometimes are not the hopes of our heart which draw our path. Sometimes is love what tear us apart.
Adieu...

'Act I'
Wait for me!
Wait!
Oh! No...

You’re trying to run behind him...
Yet you fall
Just a blink of thy beautiful eyes...
And out of sight he has already gone
Flowing on thy face
In the flood of thy tears
Passion betrayed and despair! !
Run if you like through the night!
You know you cannot hide!

Fucking rain...
It's cold...
A wintry rain didn't use to be that cold...
Damned cold...

Alone... abandoned by thy only trusted heart...
Down... on thy knees...
Frozen... to the last depth of thy soul...
...and...girl? No more tears left to spill?

Take your grin away from me...!
In sanity's edge where I stand...
Without hope for me
Without any will to live
Frozen by the cold wind
Haunted by the ghosts of grief
Yet no more tears left to spill...

Despair…
Despair…

Now…
Far... Very far beyond sanity's edge where I have reach
Dear... Dear God...
What now?

'Act II'
I was writing poems only for your eyes
I was always there for you when you cried
I whispered sweet of love under the pale stars
Such a lie... In my lust...
And I fell in love with your tameless heart
And I threw away my so beloved mask
And I saw your eyes with love
For once... Just once...!

You left with a song...
To haunt forever my soul
The essence of beauty in your fragile words...
Against all the deceit of this world...
You could never know I was listening your last words...

And you wait for me...
In my sleep
And in my every dream…
You smile sweet
You forgiving me
Yet I will not
I won't use what I feel
To justify my soul

Israfel... Dedicated to you was my every verse
So many glorious rhymes for love!
So many for the late night trance!
So many empty words...
She trusted me her fragile world...
And I betrayed her...
Israfel? Won't you sing for her?
The most beautiful girl ever walked on earth...
Israfel...? Won't you weep for her?
I would never dare...

Lured by the sun that falls in the west
Lured by the warmth that quickly fades away
Lured by the nothing that remains
Israfel... Take care of her...
Don't waste a tear for me...
Don't waste a thought for the sorrow of my last words...
I betrayed her

Wow! My only experience with Greek tragedies (unfortunately) is the story of Periandros - this is nothing like that, but it certainly reads like a play.... well done, (and thanks for the compliment on Sad Girl) . Yuri
