The Philosopher Poem by Stephen Taylor

The Philosopher

Troubled mind
Seeking answers to questions
Will ever the blind
See the suns reflections?

Hours on end
Absorbed in your thought
Can you rescind
Make what is, not?

Seeking the truth
Of what you perceive
Did not from your youth
You came to believe?

The distant stare
Shadows on the wall
So bright the glare
You see nothing at all

Enjoyed. The penning could also serve as the description of a poet. Best Regards Steve
