lived a life of lost loves
scars across my body
from each woman who has poisoned me
still...my love for the fairer sex remains
all of you got away
in search of love i say
wait a minute...someone newpeeingacross a smoke filled room
the glimpse of you in the alley
you stop...looking at me
with your big brown eyes
the message is clear
in your hesitation
you are the one that will stay
