The Mind

The Mind is a complex thing it controls our body and what we do
psychiatrists give us drugs to control and curtail certain things
we would do.
psychologists try to tell us what we should do
lets listen to the mind and what its trying to tell us what to do
be sensible and do what you must do dont harm youre self
or others be true to you
eat what it tells you, so long as its good for you
do what you got to do
so long as its good for you

Inspiration

Inspiration comes from within and out of the blue
without warning it sometimes comes from both
if it comes from within we are all capable of it
which is true from time to time
but true inspiration comes from the blue
B elief in true inspiration comes from the
L ight who gives it to you
U ltimate belief in what you do
E ntirely from him to you

MUM

Dear mum miss you lots your words of wisdom and gentle touches
of love and caring.
when I was a little baby I had no Idea what you did for me
when I got older I had some Idea
when I got much older I understood what a mother dose for children
Thank you for all what you did for me
I wish I could have done more for you
being a child I didnt understand
being older I understood
I should have done more for you as I grew older
you passed away before I could
no excuse
I try my best do you remember when we laughed
what a night that was
miss you lots still learning
