The Meadow Poem by Claire Hunter

The Meadow

Rating: 5.0

A young girl rests on her knees
As the wind whips around her
Playing with her soft black hair
And tearing at her plain white dress
The flowers flow around her lissom feet
The green grass bends around her thin fingers
She runs through the meadow
The sun on her back
